Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) for our Madrid office to join a dynamic company where you'll gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and advanced Edge AI technology. As a SDR you will join our Sales Team, playing an essential role in identifying potential customers, nurturing leads, and contributing to the growth of our innovative Edge AI platform. Your responsibilities will be
- Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities for Barbara's Edge AI platform.
- Engage in outreach activities, including cold calling, personalized emails, and targeted social media messages to top tier companies.
- Assist in qualifying and nurturing potential leads, maintaining consistent engagement throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
- Utilize HubSpot, our CRM platform, to manage leads and sales activities efficiently.
- Contribute to reporting and tracking of sales activities and outcomes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and developments in the Edge AI landscape.
What we need from you
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field, coupled with a proven track record in sales.
- Over 4 years of experience in a sales development role with a demonstrated history of exceeding lead generation targets.
- Experience in autonomously creating and implementing successful sales campaigns.
- Knowledge of Prospecting tools to increase the level of customer engagement.
- Fluent in English with outstanding communication skills to effectively articulate complex solutions.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for sales, business development, and technology.
- Highly effective communication and negotiation skills.
- A proactive, self-motivated, and disciplined mindset with a desire to drive projects to completion.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution-focused approach.
